....or you should have. Instead is was a grunt and a dirty look because I had my child with me when I came into your camera store. I am sorry that the roll of backdrop paper I asked for was too big to keep in the front of the store and you had to get up and go into the back to get the item for me. Once you took my payment you sat back down, which was fine. My toddler and myself tried to handle the 9ft roll of paper before we asked for assistance getting it to the car. Once you help us out the door ,you leaned the roll of paper against the side of my car and turned to walk in without a word (or a grunt) and pretend not to hear me say a sincere "Thank You"....I was truly grateful you help us to the car with the paper.
Customer service is the heartbeat of any business. No matter how small or big it is. No matter who you are or how much you spend you deserve the utmost respect. Purchasing a product, a meal in a restaurant, or any personalized service, should come with top-notch customer service. Not because you are paying for it but because the provider truly cares about their clientele and you are more than a customer....you are a friend.
