This is one of my guilty pleasures...The World's Longest Yard Sale. This is a trip that I plan for: I work all year to develop a list of items to look for and I plan my starting and end points based on my favorite areas to hit. This is an adult trip only for me-no children allowed. I do not have the time to haggle over a 50cent stuffed animal and make port-a-potty stops when there is a old cabinet setting there and someone else is eyeing it too. This is a trip that my mom and I usually share together and as my girls grow up they too will be initiated into this wonderful club of digging through other peoples junk and discarded memories to find that perfect must have item they can breath new life into and create their own wonderful memories.
